Pre Biotics, what are these one may ask. Most people have heard about ProBiotics as there are regular advertising campaigns on TV hammering home the virtues of Pro Biotic based products.

These are bacteria labelled as “Friendly” and they form part of the intestinal flora. There actions help with digestion and also boost the immune system.
